About Me!
Hey! My name is Remus Repcak, I'm a graphic designer, photographer, and videographer located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I have an ongoing passion for logo design, brand identity design, and sports media. I am a quick learner and always ready to learn new softwares or techniques based on the projects I am taking on.
As a current graphic design student at Augsburg University, minoring in marketing, I would like to work in an environment that will challenge me and help me grow. I am confident in my design skills and understand the importance of marketing myself and my work to potential clients.

As a designer, I look to incorporate the most current graphic design trends in my work while still maintaining my own style as I explore ways to enhance my skills and create visually pleasing designs. I particularly enjoy using a clean and bold design aesthetic resembling a Swiss design style. However, I also enjoy learning new ways to apply new techniques I have learned in order to continue to grow my own style and build valuable skills for a workplace/agency setting.

Graphic Design Beginnings
Growing up I have always been drawn to art. I have explored all sorts of mediums, but have found myself drawn to graphic design. During my senior year of high school, I was introduced to Photoshop in my design class. From there, I began to teach myself more and more outside of class. Ultimately, this led me to decide that I wanted to study graphic design in college. Since then, I have explored many Adobe platforms and created a skillset that allows me to express my creativity through my designs and work. I hope to one day be able to see my designs come to life through digital or print marketing for large brands and see my work help people or organizations communicate their vision through art.
Picking up a Camera
Ever since I was young, I have always been drawn to photography, whether it was on a camera or on an iPhone, I was always trying to take pictures. I'd bring my camera to events, hanging out with friends, and even family vacations. My love for photography has stuck with me today as I have began my journey into sports photography, capturing a multitude of teams at my college in order to hone my skills in both photography and videography. Picking up this skill has ultimately allowed me to practice the full sports design process, going from photo to computer creating a finished product with my own work.
